Return Shipping Liability
We do not pay for return shipping unless we made the mistake.
Return Eligibility & Procedure
We maintain a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unused, unaltered, with all tags intact, and in original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Email contact@palestinejersey.com with your order number, item(s), and reason (size swap, refund, faulty, etc.).
If approved, we’ll send the designated return address and instructions. Please include the RMA reference inside the parcel.
Use a tracked service and keep the receipt. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process an exchange or refund (see details below).
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your packing slip so we can resolve it quickly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns due to their nature, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Bespoke or personalised products (custom name/number jerseys)
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If your jersey doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange for a different size. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and verification. You cover the return postage; we ship the replacement after inspection.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to post the credit.
- No refunds if an order fails to arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (25 days) has expired.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is attributable to PalestineJersey.com.
Order Cancellation
We can usually cancel or modify an order within a short window after purchase. Customised jerseys may enter production quickly and cannot be changed once printing has begun.
